112-1_深度學習的原理及實務上的應用

深度學習是近年來人工智慧非常重要的工脤。要做好一個人工智慧的專案，需要包括領域專家、工程師等等通力合作才能做好。不論哪一個角色，都需要瞭解深度學習的運作方式。本課程介紹深度學習的基礎概念、了解如何構建神經網路。導入實務應用，最重要的重點為「問一個可幫我們解決痛點的好問題」。我們會討論如何把實務的問題化為一個深度學習可解的問題。

1121_霸權的邏輯：美國外交政策解析

本科目是有關當代美國外交政策概論及運用課程，共計六小時。本課程將討論自第二次世界大戰結束以來之美國外交政策，並將重點置於歐巴馬、川普及拜登三位總統任期。就議題而言，本課程將檢視三位總統任內的熱點議題，如南海議題、美中貿易及科技戰、烏俄戰爭等，結合理論與實務分析。

In the wave of digital transformation, it has become prevalent for firms to use various business analysis techniques to support decision-making. This course will introduce how to leverage business data analytics to support marginal decision-making in the practice of human resource management. Also, this course will also offer practical cases to enable the learners to understand how digital transformation influence the workflow automation. After taking this course, learners will be able to learn the fundamentals of business analytics and index in human resource management.


1121_AI Application in Real Estate Finance and Investment

授課教師：國立政治大學地政學系 林左裕老師

This course instructs the “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) in real estate finance and investment so that students can apply the technology or software in solving the complicated problems in the real practice. Scope of this course includes the “Computed Assisted Mass Appraisal” (CAMA), Analysis of the “Big Data”  for market projection (e.g., sources from the “Google Trend” or the “Real Transaction Price System in Taiwan”), Mortgage Payment  Calculation (Development of app.), and the Financial  Feasibility Analysis  of Projects (using Excel Function). Students will significantly improve their capability in using the technology, software and the information on the internet for advanced analysis.

This course will talk about the seminal traits of virtual reality and its applications in different areas such as in medical-bio industry, in marketing, and in innovation industry. This course will also cover the concept and current development of metaverse.
